The White Cockatoo is frequently asked "when is it busy ?"
We have attempted to answer this question below, openly and honestly, and by doing so,
we hope to achieve a clear perspective of The White Cockatoo's busy times & quiet times.
"Busy" is a relative term and The White Cockatoo is regarded as being busy when 20 plus people are staying.
There is an effective maximum of approximately 40 people at The White Cockatoo
therefore The White Cockatoo is never as busy as some US and European nudist properties.
It's fair to say the Australian / NZ nudist market is not such to support a nudist enterprise much larger than The White Cockatoo anyway
but that is a seperate story in itself.
As more and more International nudists are finding out about The White Cockatoo
there has been incredible growth in numbers of such visiting, which are now on a par with Australian / NZ nudists.
It should be noted that no matter how busy The White Cockatoo might be
all nude tours and activities are available on a constant basis, with only two persons as a minimum required for most.
Nude Events dates are more dictated by numbers, as there are costs involved in putting them on.
After 5 sucessful nude seasons The White Cockatoo now has the ability to give some idea of busy times & quiet times
for those wanting to plan ahead and visit either when lot's of people are here, or to almost have their own private resort during quiet times.
Almost all, shown below, is preceeded by "usually" as to say otherwise could be misleading.
Tourism, in general, can be very up and down and The White Cockatoo, being a tourism enterprise, reflects this in it's daily operations.
We can never be exact when talking numbers, however those below give an indication of usual numbers
for each month of the nude seasons, between October and May.
October
As the 1st month of each nude season
October is usually very busy throughout the month, with nude events usually held every Saturday night.
From 10 to 40 people on average daily.
November
Usually an up and down month going from very quiet to very busy.
Early November generally busy, and quietening off towards end of month.
From 6 - 20 people on average daily.
December
Always closed for 1st 2 - 3 weeks as usually a very quiet time.
Open for Xmas, and although usually quiet always something happening.
Boxing day onwards sees large increases in numbers leading up to being very busy on Nude Years Eve.
From 2 - 12 (Xmas) people on average daily. From 12 - 40 (Nude Year) people on average daily.
January
Early January usually busy, with Nude Years Eve leftovers, for 1st week or so.
Mid - late January is usually an up and down, going from very quiet to very busy, and usually quietening off towards end of month..
From 6 - 20 people on average daily.
February
The quietest month of the year.
Almost always a very quiet month with the occasional burst of good numbers.
From 2 - 10 people on average daily.
March
Usually an up and down month going from very quiet to very busy.
Early March generally quiet, and getting busier towards end of month.
From 6 - 20 people on average daily.
April
As the last month of each nude season
April is usually very busy throughout the month, with nude events usually held throughout month.
From 10 to 40 people on average daily.

Have to wonder at times why it might matter though....
As the only decent nudist property, in the Tropics of Australia, where else would one stay as a nudist anyway if holidaying in the area ???
